Hello Faces
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Hello Faces account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Hello Faces and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
By email
If you can't open the app, email corpus.callosum887@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account." Include your player name and tag from the Me tab, and send it from the email address you signed in with, if you signed in. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in link to Apple or Google
- Your catches and their photos
- Your votes, album, XP, streaks and reports
Players who had collected one of your faces keep a blank placeholder card that shows only its mood. Copies in our service providers' backups may remain for a limited time until those backups expire. Deleting can't be undone.
